New: When editing or adding a rule from the rule list, the domain in which the rule is for can be changed.
Fix: Resolves an issue where an unblocked script would show up in the same section 3 times.
Changed: Added proper overflow detection for poppies when arrow is pointing upwards. The height will now auto adjust to fit properly rather than using a max-height.
